The Municipal Association of Victoria invited the Heritage Council to present at its 2022 Rural and Regional Planning conference about the findings of the State of Heritage Review: Local Heritage 2020 Report.
Natica Schmeder, the Heritage Council’s National Trust Member and member of the State of Heritage Review’s Project Steering Committee, spoke on behalf of the Heritage Council. Her presentation focuses on some of the findings of the Review that relate in particular to rural and regional councils. It also provides a brief update on the work being done by the Heritage Council to implement its recommendations.
