This year marks the 50th Anniversary of Victorian state government heritage legislation.
The Heritage Act 2017 (Vic) provides for the protection and conservation of the cultural heritage of the State.
Just a brief reminder to please help shape the future of the Victorian Heritage Register by taking 10 minutes to complete the Heritage Council’s online survey at the link below.
Since 1974, the Victorian Heritage Register has protected the heritage places and objects that are significant to the history and development of the State of Victoria.
On October 19 at 5pm, the Council’s latest instalment of Sacred Spaces will air on Channel 31.
