In 2023, Land Use and Planning functions (including building and heritage) from Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP) joined the Department of Transport and Planning (DTP) following machinery of government changes.

Please note all Heritage Council email addresses now end in @transport.vic.gov.au
