About the HCV Hub

If you need to submit or lodge something in writing to the Heritage Council, you do this through the HCV Hub.   

The HCV Hub is where you can access our forms, submit requests and provide information for hearings or reviews.  

You access the HCV Hub through the Victorian Government planning portal. You will need an account to log into the portal.
