Strategic plan 2021-25
This plan will guide the Heritage Council’s work from 2021-25. It sets an ambitious vision for this period, underpinned by 5 key strategies.
Climate action plan
The adverse effects of climate change are being widely experienced across Victoria, and the state’s cultural heritage places and objects are not immune from these impacts. Our inaugural Climate Action Plan recognises we are at a critical point for action.

Annual reports and corporate plans
We present an annual report to the state parliament each year, outlining our actions and achievements. We also prepare a corporate plan each year. This is approved by the Minister for Planning. These reports are provided separately below.
