Privacy statement

The Heritage Council may share the information you submit, excluding your contact details, with Heritage Victoria, relevant local government agencies or other interested parties. If you do not want certain information to be public, do not include it in your submission or any supporting documents. 

We will use your personal details to contact you. We will not share your contact details with others unless necessary. However, the rest of your submission and any attachments may be shared with other parties. We cannot accept anonymous submissions. All documents may be subject to a Freedom of Information request.
