Our new Alternate heritage law, planning law or property law member

We are excited to announce that Jane Sharp has been appointed as the Alternate heritage law, planning law or property law member of the Heritage Council of Victoria.

Jane is an experienced planning barrister having started her career as a town planner and working in the planning/environment/legal field for over 30 years. She takes briefs from all stakeholders including the State, councils, statutory bodies, developers and objectors and has a continuing and keen interest in planning for Victoria.

We welcome Jane to the Council.
