More than 200 people filled Federation Hall at the University of Melbourne to hear leading architect Kerstin Thompson discuss her approach to heritage in her practice for last night’s Heritage Address 2019.
Modern Melbourne is a series of filmed interviews and rich archival material that documents the extraordinary lives and careers of some of our most important architects and designers including Peter McIntyre, Mary Featherston, Daryl Jackson, Graeme Gunn, Phyllis Murphy, Allan Powell and now Dione McIntyre.
The AIA Victoria awards were held last weekend and heritage buildings featured largely in the winning designs.
The Heritage Council of Victoria is very excited to announce that leading architect Kerstin Thompson will be giving this year’s Heritage Address as part of Open House Melbourne’s July 2019 programme.
